Abstract. A patient, nowadays, acquires on-line health information mainly by means of a search engine. Generic search engines have been shown to be limited and unsatisfactory, at times, because of their generic searches that overload users with the amount of results. Moreover, they are not able to provide customized information to different types of users. The article argues ?from the Deleuzian concepts of society of control, moulding and modulation and the Rosean theory on the economization and medicalization of life? that the expansion of the concept of health in terms of integral and subjective well-being is the effect of a socio-historical shift in the way we relate to this signifier, and therefore to our bodies and ourselves. French Vaccine Pass to the Test of the Constitutional Council: Some Considerations in the Light of the European Convention on Human Rights

On 21 January 2022 the French Constitutional Council issued a ruling on the constitutionality of the law which aimed to make the access to a very large number of places subject to a vaccine pass. Firstly, the essay illustrates the main points of the ruling with a particular focus on the legal criteria which constituted the parameters used by the French Constitutional Council, including a short explanation of the legal provisions rejected.
